Since we are an Alpha testing site, we have the opportunity to interact more directly with the developers of this software. What I would like to do, is get some suggestions from you, the members, as to what improvements, features and other fun stuff you would like to see written into it. So, if you would leave us a post on your ideas, I'll pass them along and who knows, you might just see one of them on here sometime in the future.

Hey Greg.. I don't know what happened because I haven't changed anything on my end but, I'm no longer getting my instant emails, and all that I am seeing on the reply boxes is the word reply. The quick reply, report, quote a post,etc are there but only blank yellow boxes. When i put the cursor over them it then shows what the box is but not until. |

What skin are you using? I just logged on as a user and they were all there? The instant emails I'll have to research a bit more as we have been having some issues with that function.

Skin? I take it you talking about the format. It's the same format that was on here when I first joined. Haven't changed anything. And man are you quick to reply lol! I just posted this a few minutes ago. Thank you! |

Well I just tried all the different skins and settings. Either the boxes are colored with no wording or totally blank until you cursor over them. It's usable just have to watch what I'm doing. |

May have something to do with the browser you are using. If you have upgraded to IE8 this could be the cause. It's happening on a lot of other boards as well. IE8 doesn't seem to be compatible with some things it seems. You have to go into *tools* and check the compatibility for it. One lady on another board that I am on upgraded to IE8 and it wouldn't recognize any of her graphics. She thought it was her computer...turned out it was IE8 compatibility issue. That's why I have always used Firefox...don't have those kinds of problems with them. LOL!!

I haven't upgraded to ie7 or 8. I had problems with 7 and now your telling me there may be problems with 8. Regardless though I pretty much use and stick with fire fox. Could be a compatability issue. No problem though. I can work with it. No one else is complaining so I'll shut my yap and let it be. |

Okay.. I just came in using the IE browser and everything shows up fine. Has to be an issue with fire fox. Still no instant email though. |
